Human Resources Shared Service Centre (HRSSC) was operational in April 2010 as a DRHG initiative to improve efficiency in all HR processes in the areas of Hr-operations, Learning, Help desk services ,Accounting recruitment, International mobility and HR-information systems across geographies(ASIA,AMER,UK)

Job Description / Key Responsibilities -

  • Maintain and administrator training (sessions and events) in MyLearning.
  • Mark / modify attendance of participants attending sessions.
  • Proactively reach out to training team seeking clarification on the any registrations received.
  • Produce scheduled and Adhoc reports on a timely manner.
  • Process invoices & reimbursements with 100% accuracy. Coordinate with Vendor and expenses team.
  • Ensure all KPI are adhered and met.
  • Maintain good working relationship with all internal team’s & counter parts.
  • Respond back to queries / manage mailbox within TAT.
  • Perform BCP testing as and when required.
  • Ability to establish and maintain excellent internal and external relationships in a highly collaborative and customer service oriented manner.
  • Highly professional and positive attitude
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a high pressure, deadline driven environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and use discretion, diplomacy and tact.
